It's Monday! What Are You Reading? (10)
In case if you don’t know, ‘It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?’ is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. This meme started with J Kaye’s Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!
Hello book lovers! I hope you all had a great reading week. It’s Monday and time to see what I read last week and what I will next.
Last week I finished reading all three mysteries that I started. LONG SHOT (A Detective Joe Stone Novel Book 2) by Jack Steele, Kansa (Book 1 – The Killer Trilogy) The Professor Black Series by Prassant Kevin and Kitty Hawk #2. I’m writing review of KH 2 and I’ll post tomorrow.
Currently I’m reading,
2 book simultaneously that I started this morning-
Summerlypse by Gerardo Delgadillo
After his crush rejects him, seventeen-year-old Colton catches a plane to Mexico, hoping to forget all about girls. But a night out at a dance club crowded with long legs in miniskirts doesn’t help, especially when he meets the club’s beautiful DJ, Alex.
In awe of her mixing skills, Colton finds it hard to believe Alex is deaf. As they bond, she asks him to help her win a DJ contest behind her rich, estranged father’s back.
Colton’s not a wimp or anything, but millionaires with armed bodyguards are not his ideal vacation buddies. The only problem—if he helps her, he may fly back home in a body bag.
Kitty Hawk and the Icelandic Intrigue (Kitty Hawk Flying Detective Agency #3) by Iain Reading
Following in the footsteps of her hero Amelia Earhart, Kitty Hawk sets off on an epic flight around the world and arrives in Iceland’s capital city of Reykjavik where she finds herself immersed in a beautiful alien world of volcanoes, Vikings, elves and trolls. Before she knows it Kitty is plunged head first into an amazing adventure that sweeps her across a rugged landscape where humans and nature exist side-by-side in an uneasy truce and magical realms seem to lie just out of sight beneath the surface.
Kitty Hawk and the Icelandic Intrigue is the dazzling third installment of the Flying Detective Agency series featuring Kitty Hawk, an intrepid teenaged seaplane pilot with boundless curiosity and a knack for getting herself into – and out of – all kinds of precarious situations.
This is a perfect book to fire the imaginations of readers of all ages – armchair explorers and amateur detectives alike. From dangerous criminals and corrupt government officials to mystical beings and clashes with the elemental forces of nature, this book has it all. Come and join Kitty Hawk as she experiences the strange and extraordinary world of the Icelanders, and unravels the Icelandic Intrigue.
Next I’ll read-
Hunter: The Fallen One by C.L. Hagely
A hostile takeover of earth is unfolding secretly right before our very eyes. Is this a political move, or is something much more ancient and sinister at hand? Mystery schools were formed by the elite to train soldiers to further their agenda.
Lian Hunter is a freshman at one of these schools for the exclusively wealthy; the Tri- Asterisk Academy in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. When students start suddenly disappearing, Lian starts to feel something evil and corrupt underlying the veneer of the academy. Can he uncover the truth about his school before it is too late or is he just another soldier in training?
What are you reading this week? How was your last week? Have you read any of these books? If so, what do you think about them?? Share your thoughts in the comment-box below.
Happy Reading! 🙂

I haven’t read any of these titles before, but they all seem pretty interesting.
My fiction book right now is Unraveled. It’s my wife’s favorite from when she was in high school, and we’re listening to it together. It’s slow going, but fun. My current non-fiction is a book on the making of the Jurassic Park film. It’s my favorite movie, so the book is very interesting to me!
Last week was good for me. Nicer weather than usual for December, but too much work and not enough reading and writing! Hoping to remedy that this week, but we’ll see….

Jurassic Park is my favorite too. 🙂It’s great to read books with partner. Unfortunately my partner don’t have that patience of holding book or sitting at one place until it ends. But he will watch movies made from books, so we see them together. I hope you have great week in every aspect! Thank you! ☺️
