Synopsis
The Housemaid’s Wedding is a winter-themed short story meant to fill in the long gap between Book 2 of the Housemaid series (The Housemaid’s Secret) and Book 3 (The Housemaid is Watching). It can be read either between Book 2 and Book 3, or after Book 3.
Today is supposed to be the happiest day of my life.
I’m engaged to the man of my dreams, and in a few short hours, I’m going to stand before a judge, who will declare us husband and wife, till death does us part. Despite some bumps in the road, this day is everything I dreamed it would be.
There’s only one problem:
Someone out there doesn’t want me to live long enough to say my vows.
And if I’m not careful, they may very well get their wish.
Review
The Housemaid’s Wedding is a short, bite-sized thriller that packs a punch, unfolding entirely on Millie and Enzo’s wedding day—starting with a chilling death threat. While I knew they’d make it down the aisle, the real intrigue was in how the day would unfold after such a tense beginning.
I loved seeing Millie and Enzo’s relationship deepen, especially with a baby on the way. From Enzo’s heartfelt proposal to their courthouse ceremony, their love and devotion shone through, even in the face of an unconventional wedding. The ominous threat call kept the tension high throughout, and Enzo’s perspective at the end was a great touch.
Overall, The Housemaid’s Wedding is a fast paced, tension filled novella that turns a wedding day into a thrilling ride with love and danger.

I have read the first two in this series and will read this one before #3. Short and sweet is good sometimes, Yesha.

absolutely. This had right amount of tension and suspense in just few pages. I didn’t enjoy third book that much but it was good to finish the series.
