The Littlest Dinosaur was cute and pleasant looking illustrated book about lonely Ty trying find friend. It was about not judging someone from appearance, how hard it is to find friends, inclusions, and acceptance.

Ty was lovely and patient Tyrannosaur. I loved how kindly he asked every dinosaur to be his friend and trying to tell he wouldn’t harm anyone as he was vegan but his looks, sharp teeth made them run away making Ty try harder and going on little journey to find a friend. Littlest Dinosaur was cute and I loved how he trusted Ty and showed others Ty was harmless and had fun being his friend.

I enjoyed reading this book (not to my 2 yrs. old daughter as she kept changing pages or hitting keyboard and identifying alphabets on keyboard… maybe I should wait a little more or should have physical copy to read to her). All illustrations were beautiful. Kids will love looking at them. Conversation bubbles were cute. Most of pages were in pastel colours that made it pleasant to look at.

Topic of inclusion and acceptance was great. It’s important topic now-a-days and it has became hard for kids to bond with each other but unlike us adults, kids do have patience and could learn to listen what other has to say before jumping to conclusion or judgement. This book provides perfect scenario and story for it and open a discussion.

Overall, The Littlest Dinosaur was cute, lovely, feel-good, and beautifully illustrated children’s book.
