It’s Monday! What Are You Reading (72)

Hello Readers! I hope you all had wonderful week. My week was comparatively good. I read 2 books, reviewed 2 I read previous week and spent weekend watching movies, enjoying time with my daughter.

Not so good thing, I was supposed to receive a book which was sent through USPS and tracking goes until July end when it entered India. It should reach my doorstep by now but I haven’t received it yet!
Some relatives are really annoying. I’m raising my daughter as best as I can, her growth is great as per doctor, still they keep giving their dos and don’ts advises that more feel like questioning my ways! I try to ignore them but it’s really difficult when they keep pestering unceasingly.

Last Week I Read-

I will review A summer To Remember next month during blog tour for this book.
Review of Deserve To Die will be up tomorrow.

Sometimes one moment can change your life forever…
Rebecca Riley has always been a bit of a pushover. When her glamorous boss, Vanessa, asks her to jump, she doesn’t just ask how high… she asks if her boss would like her to grab a coffee on the way back down!

So whilst overseeing the renovation of Vanessa’s beautiful countryside home, the last thing Rebecca ever expected was to be mistaken for her boss – or that she would even consider going along with it! Far away from the bustling city and her boss’s demanding ways, could she pretend to be Vanessa and swap lives, just for a little while?

I needed something light to suppress that tense anxious feeling of Deserve to Die. And this looked just perfect.

Next This Week-

Innocent?
When Carrie was accused of brutally murdering her husband’s lover, she denied it. She denied it when they arrested her, when they put her in front of a jury, and when they sent her to prison.
Now she’s three years into a fifteen-year sentence, away from the daughter she loves and the life she had built. And she is still denying that she is to blame.
Guilty?
Tess Gilroy has devoted her life to righting wrongs. Through her job for Innocence UK, a charity which takes on alleged miscarriages of justice, she works tirelessly to uncover the truth.
But when she is asked to take Carrie’s case, Tess realises that if she is to help this woman, she must risk uncovering the secrets she has struggled a lifetime to hide . . .
We’ve all done things we’re not proud of.

And that’s my last NetGalley book which reminds me to request new titles after finishing this one. I got tour invite for this book and saw this book around a lot last month, But I couldn’t read it before now. Almost all blogger I know reading this genre have read this book already and I have heard only positive things so I’m hopping to enjoy it.

What are you reading this week? Have you read any of these books or planning to read soon? What do you think about them?

Hi, I'm Yesha, an Indian book blogger. Avid and eclectic reader who loves to read with a cup of tea. Not born reader but I don't think I’m going to stop reading books in this life. “You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”
